We have been wanting a new garage door since moving into our home several years ago as the old one was badly dented. Leo’s promptly came out to the house at a time that was agreed on and got right to work. The team that came out was knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. They did an excellent job of clearing out the old door and efficiently replacing it with the new door. They took the time to clean up any old parts and also explained how some functions on our opener worked that we hadn’t known about before.

We have used Leo's for our commercial doors for DECADES with no issues, unfortunately we had to cut ties with them. We had Leo's install two large overhead doors. Less than 3 months later we had some cables snap on one of the doors, called Leo's up to come out and repair. Once the repair was made, we were billed for the full price of the repairs. I asked about the warranty we had on the doors and was told by the owner that it was lack of maintenance that caused to the cable to fail. I then asked what kind of maintenance we should be doing on a door system that was installed new, by them 3 MONTHS prior. Owner could not give an answer and then pivoted his excuse to that we were abusing the doors and setting them down on small stones and that is what caused the issue. So it went from lack of

Thieves. Had a broken spring. Was told $300 labor plus the cost of the spring. Asked him to do both while he was here. He changed $200 A PIECE for the springs. The pair of them is $150 at the high end. I was expecting a bill for no more than $500, instead I got one for nearly $800 with an added charge of $12 for the grease... Plus the guy who did is was an asshole. He left my screen door wide open when he left which he opened into the flower box I had near it knocking it to the ground. Usually people pick the front door when they arrive and ring the door bell; or even one of the 3 other available doors I have. No, instead he picks the one door with flowers next to it. It all of this isn't bad enough they guarantee their work for all of 30 days. Must really have a lot of confidence in the

Had a service call on 11/14/23 for a noisy door. Technician came, took about 15 minutes for the visit, said nothing to do except buy a new door opener. The visit cost $153 for nothing but a spray of lubricant on a safety spring. I googled "noisy Genie Screw drive door opener" and it said to lube the screw. Watched a video and then it cost me $10 on amazon for the lube and took less than 5 minutes. Simple fix!!!! Leo's is a rip off! Owners ignored my calls for 2 weeks when finally a secretary called me back and said they don't lube nuts and bolts and screws. Basically told me to pound salt. Stay away!!!

After previously being satisfied with the service and price for a replacement torsion spring and door seal from Leo's Overhead Door (Did a good job), I returned for a smaller request: a replacement keypad. However, a miscommunication over the phone led to me being charged $257 (includes tax) for a replacement keypad, a service that only took 5 minutes. The breakdown included $150 for an hour labor and $88 for the replacement keypad, I later found the same model for $49 on Amazon. The technician even acknowledged the quickness of the service, stating, "Let me at least spray your rollers since I'm billing you for the full hour"... Thanks. This 80% markup on the part and $150 for 5 mins, especially for a repeat customer who had previously spent a significant amount, left me feeling that mor
