I was looking for a new pool service and I called this company to get a price I don't know what happened I never got a call back , so I called, the lady i spoke to seemed nice and said they were very busy and she will find out how much. Another few days go by still no call. I called her again and she said yes her husband went to give an estimate, and he was off but will get back to me . Again no call back I called again and now it goes to voice mail. Wow! I call that bad communication and bad customer service. If you don't want the business just say No. But to leave someone hanging for the weeks that is very sad.

My pool was green and I was very disappointed with the company that I was using before so I decided to call somebody else. I found this company because my neighbor told me about them. I had a service man come out to my house and he was very nice. He showed me the problem and told me he could fix it for me. The price was much less than the other company I was using. The pool looks so pretty now. I will be using them from now on.
