Indeed that's true, and the reason you are looking at ratings - to gain some sense of trust - if you don't have a personal recommendation. After my experience with Les and his team working on my house, I'm quite comfortable and trust them enough to offer my personal recommendation. The did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and the job was done beautifully.
