Such great help!!! We have come across so many unhelpful people as we begin this new journey as pool owners - & Mathew genuinely eased our nerves and helped us so much!!! All employees were so nice and pleasant. We would be lost without them! Thanks Matt!

Went to this store today, we waited in line patiently for clerks to help people in front of us. A third clerk was asked to help us he just looked at us and walked off. So we were still waiting and the others clerks were just gabbing with the customers in front of us. Finally just put our purchases back and left. Terrible customer service!!! So for a store that is in a seasonal business not a good way to have repeat customers. We won't be back. So leslies pool supplies you need to sink or swim!!!

I am giving 2 stars because I had a decent experience the first few times I went in and because the staff seams to be pretty knowledgeable about their supplies. But, somebody needs to get the guy in there that is a dull version of Ben Stein's role as a teacher in Farris Bueller's day off an energy drink, some sleep and a personality. He has been condescending and rude to my wife now twice. She called me very upset stating that she will never be back and she went to Texas Blue Lake. She said they were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Went to the store on the Saturday before Memorial day for a certain item was told they were sold out til Mon shipment came in. Called Monday, was told the item was in but had to be unpacked later in the day. Called Tuesday, was put on hold and they never returned. Went in to the store and was asked yet again to come back the next day as they STILL had not unpacked their shipment. Forget it. I'll order online. Probably get it faster. Customer Service sucks!
