I tried to purchase Chlorine tabs today 7/2/24…. I was totally ignored. Had CASH in my hand and nothing . The 2 employees that were there had 1 customer .. he was talking to them about his day. I waited.. I left when they went out of their way to help a guy that they knew. Awful customer service .. never again

We installed a new pool this season and the water from the tap looked like apple juice 🤢 Heather was very helpful in testing the water and providing recommendations on the chemical balance to get the water cleared.

Came in with a pool sample as it's where the prior owners of our house would go. Staff got us taken care of quickly, asking questions about the condition of the water and pool itself. The staff gave great recommendations on ways to resolve some of the issues I faced and gave me a contact number for a company who handles special pool maintenance. I'll be back to get some more chemicals and give more samples, a very detailed water analysis and treatment plan that I definitely appreciate.

I moved into a home that has a pool so I am new to owning and maintaining a pool. I came in to Leslie's and was greeted by Kaye. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. I brought in a sample of water. She tested and printed out a very informative sheet about my pool water. She told me what changes I should make, showed me which chemicals to get, how much to add, etc. A few days ago I was feeling very overwhelmed but now I'm feeling confident I can maintain my own pool with their help. Thank you for the great service.

We get all our pool supplies from here. Heather is very knowledgeable and helpful with products and questions. I highly recommend Leslie's for anyone's pool supplies. Access is easy. 5 stars plus!
