Lester Well Drilling

I contacted Lester Well Drilling service by phone, by text, and by email. They never responded to the phone call, responded to the email a few days later, and then responded to the text a few days after that. Both responses asked for my need. I told them I needed a well at my house, and gave them my permit details. A week and a half later they have never responded to the what I sent them. I really don't know how contractors can ignore potential clients.

Mr. Lester was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of having our new well drilled. He obviously knows his stuff, as he was able to accurately predict about how far he would need to drill, and about how productive the well would be at our location. He has a great family operation in place, and was reasonable and realistic about what we would need from the well to meet our expectations. I wish more businesses would operate like he does.

I would give Lester's a zero if possible. We placed a call to them because our well pump had died and we had no water. They had drilled our well, so we were going to see if they could repair the pump. They claim to have 24/7 service, but no one answered our call or returned our call after we left a message. We tried calling a second time, but again, we got the answering machine. At that point, we called Frank's Pump, who arrived an hour later and replaced our pump. Avoid Lester's if you want to actually get your pump fixed and have water. Their claim of "We always go the extra mile to ensure our customers are never without water, which is why we proudly offer emergency services 24/7" is not valid.

Lester Well Drilling went above and beyond when drilling my well. Brian was great to work with and professional every step of the way. He has many years of experience and it shows. He stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire process and was able to get better results than expected in an area where neighbors had problems getting water. I wholeheartedly endorse their services to anyone in need.
