I am a rare semi truck CNg operator, I ve got CNg line leaking Friday morning, the case goes bad when I try to fill up a bit the truck and the CNg line explode!! Carlo the road service guys and his mate came to gas station try to work on it..It wasn’t fine cause the job requires more concentration. Soo I finally call the towing &bring to the shop. Jim comes a Saturday evening (yeah saturday,not Monday) And they did repair! Soo I was able to get on road on time and pick my load Monday! Now I’m back home 1600miles away in Canada! Thank you for your support!!

Jim is a nice guy but when it comes to delivering on his promises he's no good. We've been trying to get a compressor installed and working at our shop and 5 CNG conversions on trucks for a year now. We have 2 mostly functioning trucks converted to CNG after having to take them back multiple times to get working. Still don't have a fully functioning compressor. We've dropped about $50k into this project with pretty much nothing to show for it.

Great company. I have a 2003 CNG Crown Victoria which was having an issue with the CNG tanks not accepting any fuel even though I was showing Empty. Mike, the technician, was incredible. He was extremely busy when I arrived but still took a few minutes to come take a look at my car. The team is awesome. Great service. Great price. Even gave me a free tank of gas! They have earned my service for sure.

Dishonest, unethical, angry sales rep. Stay away at all costs! I was excited to find a cng tank at this shop for my project. Talked to Jim the sales guy, and he guaranteed me the 4 year old tank was in all but mint condition. I repeatedly asked and was whole heartedly reassured that he knew the entire history of this tank. He promised me the tank was scratch and damage free. The tank arrived at my installer shop 12 days later, Jim had promised 3 day shipping. My installer called and sent me pictures of the tank immediately. The palate was damage free but It will be hard to find a tank in worse shape. The entire cylinder is scratched up in multiple places. Fibers are even showing in a few spots! To make things worse he didn't send the brackets he promised. When I called he got supe

The owner of this company is not honest at all. I found them online, tried to buy some parts I needed. The parts were pretty big and I preferred to drive there and get them rather then pay expensive shipping. I'm so glad I did this way. The owner promised me the parts are meeting all NFPA 52 standards, but it really did NOT. The cylinders were damaged. I'm so glad I was able to inspect his parts and didn't buy them, rather then shop online, pay expensive shipping and after that do return and pay shipping again.
