Level Best Foundation Repair

Foundation moved after 2 years, significantly. My supposed warranty for the work isn't worth the paper it was written on since Level Best Foundation took weeks to agree to an appointment, then was a no show on the day of the appointment. Since then, they have not returned multiple calls or emails. STAY AWAY! Reply to the LBF's reply: I'm not sure what you're talking about but this is not me. We did not have a detailed discussion on 1/31, you have not been out to my house, there have not been any repairs, I'm not having third party contractor issues, and I have not asked for a refund. I do appreciate the prompt and polite response, but wrong customer. I will say we finally did connect via email on 2/15, after this initial posting.

We hired Level Best Foundation Repair after noticing cracks in our walls and uneven floors. Their team explained everything clearly, used pressed concrete pilings, and leveled the house within a day. The crew was professional and the lifetime warranty gave us peace of mind.

I called several other Foundation people to do work for me they were all no shows I called level best and Darrel showed up the next day gave me what I believe was a fair quote the first time second time and third time they are now on my fourth project and I believe they have the best crew around. Everybody was so easy to work with. I would recommend level best to anybody that needs foundation repair they are top notch.

I don't normally give reviews but Darrel was very knowledgeable on repairs of foundations. They were professional from start to finish . Affordable and reliable. The crew was on point. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Until Tricia, Johnny, or another member of the team get back to me and provide me with the service I paid for in October, this review will remain as 1 star. I have been asking for over a month for my paid service to which I am either ignored and told they are “backed up”. It’s unacceptable.
