Levels Edge truly went above and beyond for us; working with us and being so understanding! They handled the stress of dealing with our insurance company so that all we had to do was appreciate our beautiful new roof. They accomplished our main house and garage in a single day and the workmanship is incredible. The communication with them was so easy and convenient as well. We had Level Edge install new shingles and gutters after we had some hail damage and they did a great job. Alex and the crew were super easy to work with and they made coordinating everything with our insurance company a breeze. I also felt they really went above and beyond in cleaning up the roof debris when they were done and making sure everything was just the way we wanted it. I would definitely recommend them if you need a new roof or gutters and are looking for a hassle free experience.

We had a second round of hail and incurred enough damage that our roof and gutters needed replacement again. Additionally, our 3 season porch screen was hit hard. Not happy with the previous contractor we had used so I called Level Edge who did my neighbors work which I admired. They were prompt and professional, meeting our adjuster when he came to evaluate the damage. We just had our roof replaced by Level Edge last fall. On Feb. 1st, we noticed some new wet/discolored spots on our ceiling. We reached out to Level Edge on Feb. 3rd via text and phone and they said they would send someone out to take a look. It has been two weeks and no one has contacted me about coming by to take a look to see why we would have wet spots on our ceiling with a newly replaced roof. When I text Alex, our contact person for the company, he occasionally responded initially, but has not responded to my most recent texts. If you’re trying to decide whether or not to choose this company to replace or repair your roof, just keep in mind that you may have a difficult time getting prompt responses from the company.
