Sam and his team did everything they said they would do and more. Their work was timely, focused on quality and they significantly upgraded our 15+ year old deck to an area that we are looking forward to using and entertaining. During the process, they had to correct shoddy work completed by other contractors. They made the corrections with no fanfare. They were committed to completing our deck at a high level of workmanship. In addition, they were creative in the overall design resulting in a beautiful, attractive deck. They kept us informed of the status of the work, potential issues, modifications for unknowns, etc. We can not say enough positives about Sam and his team. I believe the best compliment is that they completed the job like it was their home. I strongly endorse Sam

Sam, the owner was extrodianry. He was always on time, text every morning about his arrival time. The quality of his work was great. He was respectful, curteous, a very hard worker and a gentleman. He cleaned the sight every single day. He rebuilt my back deck, replaced 4 shutters on house, replaced some wood rot and painted and put in a support beam under deck that had rotted over 25 years. I will call him again for future work if needed. His helpers were also very very good. I could not be happier with the end result.

Sam and crew were wonderful. Prompt response and always kept us updated on progress. Cleaned up after work everyday. Polite, courteous and professional. Our new railings and stairs are beautiful and he stained the deck. We highly recommend Sam and team.

Sam and Level Up were perfect for the project. They replaced 3 x 12 foot steel deck supports with new footers. The price was known in advance, they were on time, communicative and did a great job. I would recommend them and use them again.

Was referred to Level Up Exterior through Home Adviser. They contacted me via email over the weekend and said they had time Monday or Tuesday to come out for an estimate. I replied OK and they replied that someone would call to set up appt. On Wednesday I emailed them back to let them know no one called. They said they have been busy but did set up an appt for a Saturday morning estimate. Received e-mailed late Friday night from Sam asking to move appt to Monday or Tuesday since they were trying to finish up a project on Saturday. Replied that Monday was OK and to let me know what time. Didn't get a response. Followed up on Sunday to see if they had a time for Monday morning - no response received. Sent another e-mail Monday and didn't get a response.
