Levi's Plaza Parking Garage

We used SpotHero. While the QR code reader needed to be closer to my phone than anticipated, we got in with no difficulty. Found ample parking, and car was intact when I came back. No complaints!

Dont bother with the online booking sites like SpotAngels or Way. I booked a parking pass here only for it not to scan when I arrived. So instead, I pressed for a regular ticket, hoping that the QR code would work on my way out. It didn’t, so I tried calling the help desk through their machine. The machine was not audible and neither was the rude lady who was yelling through the screen. Another couple came by and also had the QR code with no luck.

Beware before you use SpotHero. Extensions are not allowed. You will be charged at the regular price . I ended up paying an extra 12 bucks.
