Called for an estimate. The receptionist said NOTHING about a service charge and the electrician was going to be 1.5 hours late anyway. Good thing I read the reviews here. Called back an NO they do not do free estimates, that the owner bills the first time out as a "service call." but they don't tell you this upfront. Very unscrupulous. Would not recommend. Their shady business practices cost them an above ground to underground conversion, a new meter can with external subpanel, and a new inside panel. A few thousand dollars of work. I'll have an honest company that doesn't spring undisclosed charges on their clients do the work instead.

I typically would not want to write a bad review about anyone, however, to save anyone some e trouble, I would suggest finding another company. This company will waste your time, they won't actually schedule you, they said they don't do that, so they ask you to just wait for them to have time to come to you, they do not follow up, the litteraly forget about you. You try and hire different trades and schedule stuff, but this company will create a schedule jam while all other trades are waiting for their turn to come do their part. This has got to be my very worst experience with a company ever.

Worst experience ever!!! Be careful with the contact you have, they say one thing and do another!!! I hired them for pick up in Dadeland and a stop in wynwood!! How about at midnight then wanted to leave us in wynwood!!! Why would you ever book at ride to wynwood with no return!!! They were an embarrassment to me and to my guests!! Riding back in the dark and no music because if there miscommunication!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
