Lewis HVAC

I had a heat pump system installed by Lewis HVAC in Feb. 2024. Since the installation, my home has been consistently cold these past two Winters ...A lot of mornings 60 degrees on one end of my small one story home, making the rest of my house super chilly, despite the thermostat being set at 68. Felt like the AC was running and blowing through my kitchen. For nearly two years I've attempted to have Mr. Lewis assess and address the issue. My emails and text messages have been repeatedly ignored. While he did reach out once or twice to remind him to stop by, communication eventually stopped altogether, and I was ultimately ghosted. It was never explained to me that ductwork modifications might be necessary when changing systems. In my opinion it was inappropriate and unprofessional not to

A very professional company!! Mr. Lewis has great employees that know exactly what to do and his team did an excellent job installing a new 16 seer heat pump in my home. I had a new thermostat put in and a new crawl space door panel installed that looks so good! All the work was done in less than a day. My new Armstrong air system is doing an amazing job so far heating my house and couldn’t be more excited to have my electric bill go down from what it is currently.

I highly recommend Gary and his crew you don't see very many businesses with five-star reviews but his it completely understandable. Excellent company to deal with.

My husband noticed yesterday our AC wasn't circulating cool air and our thermostat temp kept climbing despite setting it to a lower temp. He called Lewis HVAC yesterday afternoon and Gary Lewis lll came out first thing this morning (on a Saturday!). He was professional, courteous, efficient and had our AC back up and running in no time. We are so grateful. We will definitely be using Lewis HVAC for all our needs.
