Lew's Appliance Repair

Had them come out a few months ago to service my refrigerator which was leaking, he threw some duct tape and putty on a plastic tray and said good luck. $375 and somehow he made it worse. Left a message at the office and never heard back…. Your records are incorrect I called you on July 30th.

Lew just fixed our washing machine! I’m so happy!!! He was prompt and professional and an all around great person to work with, I will definitely call him for any other appliance repair needs and strongly recommend him.

Our Bosch dishwasher wasn’t working correctly and needed service. Based on a neighbor’s suggestion I called Lew’s. We were scheduled for a tech visit in less than a week, which was far sooner than the three weeks Bosch could do. Kevin arrived on time and was able to replace the pump quickly. He also found, after double checking the operation of the dishwasher, that there was a blockage in the drain hose which was also causing issues with the appliance. He cleared that and the dishwasher is working fine again. The thing that impressed me was that Kevin took the extra time to make sure all was well. By doing that, he saved me another service call and added frustration. The drain hose would have been an easy thing to overlook I think, but he got it. Thanks Kevin!! I’ll be a repeat customer.

Sam is awesome. Had an explosion with my gas stove top and she took time on the phone - on a Friday evening - to explain what might be going on and reassured me greatly that it's not an uncommon situation. I appreciated her diligence and time spent to talk me through this situation!

Kevin stopped by to replace a weak ignitor switch. He was friendly and efficient. The oven heats up much faster now. Thank you for the great service!
