LEX ETX

Very unsatisfied. We were lied to and my wife was disrespected by the employee. We were charged for parts that were not installed. Luckily we caught it and they had to credit us. This bunch is very pricey. I would look elsewhere for HVAC service. Not honest, not customer friendly and way overpriced. Doran installed my unit 5 years ago it’s under warranty for an additional 5. I was told by Lex that Johnson Controls (York) is not honoring their warranties. They didn’t even want to try to file the warranty paperwork.

Excellent annual A/C maintenance today. The technician explained everything thoroughly, did the work and showed the results. My clean unit will be running more efficiently now. I highly recommend LexAir!
