Kevin was prompt to response, gave us the best and reasonable price , picked them up at home and delivered my rugs like they were brand new in the middle of the holiday season. Kevin was very responsive throughout the process, to include a same day (really within minutes) quote once I got him pictures of our rug. He always responded very promptly to all of my questions. His team picked up our rug & dropped it back off and they were very respectful and kind! Service was also quick (took exactly a week from pickup to drop off). Thank you Lexi Clean!
