Luis and his amazing crew are superstars! He is an amazing professional -- knows his stuff, extremely hardworking and available, generous, easy to work with, creative, open to suggestion, has connections and most of all does quality work. He will make you happy. I can't say enough. We had a very complicated kitchen reno as we had to blow out a wall, we had to sister joists, all with DOB and HPD and other NYC offices to be approved. Luis managed the whole and the result is amazing. And also his super reasonable! Dont wait - hire him. I wil hire him again in a heartbeat.
