Pack your patience. The security guard was friendly but he doesn’t know where you’re going. I checked in building M1 with a delivery. They also didn’t know where I was going. I was sent to building 2 where the guy in there had no idea. Passed me off to 3 other guys. Sent me to the other side of the building to move me two more times, still within that building. I hope I never have to return to this place. They really need to figure out better check in/ information policies. So far 2 hours invested just trying to be sent to the proper place.

The worst company in Michigan so I checked in at 5 PM. They release me at night so be careful I just request to the broker a detention but no detention zero star.

Don't come here, 6 hours of unloading, some trucks were waiting for 9-10 hours. 5 forklift drivers sit and do nothing, take 3 breaks to eat and just stare at their phones. Disaster, as far as possible from here.

Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from my experience loading was very easy and very reasonable on time. Nice people Shipping and in the guard check everything went well.

LG Holland, Michigan is a mess. 12+ hours to pick up and another 12+ hours to deliver, with zero organization, poor communication, and no respect for drivers’ time. Cheap rates for extreme delays. This place burns a full day and does not care. Avoid.
