Recently completed a high end project that included all rooms. Rema was my designer who took my concept and turned it into reality. High quality craftsmanship was provided with all materials. The Lia Construction Team was transparent and collaborative on all decisions suggestions. Owner Dor was present throughout the project and was very attentive to my questions and concerns. Lia Construction provided a competitive bid and exceeded my expectations with service and quality. CAD drawings and renderings were provided for clarity and taking my concept to reality. This is a family owned and operated business providing a remodel that exceeds your expectations. My experience was 100% satisfaction throughout the project.

We love our new kitchen quartz countertops!! Rema Hannabass, Opertions Director at Lia Construction was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end of the project. She helped us with design ideas to keep within our budget. She provided options and always got back to us when we had questions The customer service was outstanding and Rema went above and beyond to transform my kitchen. The work was completed within the 2 days. Coordinating the subcontractors - plumber- electrician and painter along with Arby (spelling?) and the gentleman that cut and installed the quartz countertops did a fantastic job. They are very skilled workers and also installed plastic sheeting to contain the mess and cleaned up all debris at the end of the job. Definitely would use Lia Construction for any future

LIA Construction did a great job with our kitchen remodel. No one likes living through the construction and dust and lack of a kitchen and having work crews in your home for weeks. But our end result was beautiful. 7 weeks start to finish. All our questions were answered and when a couple situations came up that we weren’t originally expecting to do, (like replacing the entire kitchen flooring with new tile), LIA handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. We went from a small, non-user friendly kitchen to a kitchen that seems to have doubled in counter space and workable areas and is so much more functional. I recently used LIA constructions for my bathroom remodel. When I first came into the office for an estimate, Tal and Lauren where warm and welcoming. Vivi was so wonderful throughout the whole process. She took time to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the design, always had helpful suggestions, and was a real lifesaver with the grout choice. Rafa was always diligent in his work, and making sure everything was done right! He delivered my beautiful new bathroom better than I could have imagined. The whole staff had the highest standards in everything they did.

We had our kitchen remodeled by Lia Construction Co and they did wonderful work. The ladies in the office were great deal of help with the stone and cabinets that they made. The working crew did a very nice job doing their skills. Also cleaning up as they went along. Never left a mess. Had a couple little hick- ups during the job but everything was handled and work went along. So very pleased with the project we have them a back at our home remodeling our master bath as of now. The owner of the Company was very professional.
