From the first phone call to Lisa, to the assessment, quote, boiler installation, technical service, and follow up cleanup the experience was excellent. Led by Mike Bayer, assisted by Eddie, & their team they were punctual, efficient, worked well as a team, congenial, polite, courteous, clean and left the space in better condition than they found it. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Got assigned to them by AHS. Giving them a 1 star for poor scheduling execution. They started off well and seemed like a great company. However the blew me off when it came to scheduling when I mentioned I was not available the initial date. Text them back with no response seemed odd. Not gonna lie, these folks gave me the best price out of consulting with 8 different plumbers and companies when our 31 year old boiler finally broke. So I was a bit skeptical, but we were tight on money and decided to give them a try. We were without heat, so Mike came out that day to give us a quote. Lisa worked with me to make sure the process was smooth and all of my questions were answered. They came to do the job 2 days later and I couldn’t be happier! They were polite, played some fun music while they worked, had nice conversations with me regarding the neighborhood and their experiences living here, and cleaned up when they were done, all within a timely manner. Hands down the worse plumbing business and customer service I have ever encountered. They diagnosed my boiler is unrepairable, however, never sent the diagnosis to my home warranty. Lisa was the coordinator for Liberty and she has never responded to any of my calls. Asnowstorm is forecasted this Sunday and my home warranty cannot address the issue with my boiler without Liberty’s diagnosis. If my dog and I freeze to death, you better believe my family will be suing
