I've never written a review before, but I hope this one will help future customers! Regarding customer service. Initially, I was skeptical about Liberty because of all the 1-star ratings I saw, but still decided to take a look at the company because of my friend's recommendation. The moment I walked in, the saleswoman Yan immediately greeted me and asked if I had any questions, I shared with her my plans and she brought me around the display area with detailed explanations of the pieces I was interested in. Everyone was helpful and polite, so my concerns about bad customer service were erased. I casually asked about the business and learned that the business has switched owners, along with newly properly trained workers. I hope this comment can help if you were also concerned about the

Over a three year period during my home remodel, I had the pleasure of working with Janet and several other of her colleagues, all of whom were very professional and helpful. Liberty has an amazing selection of stone and tile as well as a beautiful showroom with many kitchen and bathroom examples to help figure out your style and colors. They did a fantastic job installing countertops in three kitchens and were always on target with cost and time estimates. I very much appreciated their reasonable prices and no nonsense approach.

I had a great experience with Yan at Liberty Home Supply. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and straightforward. They also had good prices on good quality quartz. My contractor friend highly recommended them and I see why.

After shopping around the Bay Area, we found a quartz we loved at a decent price at Liberty. We picked our slabs, gave them a deposit and they held the slabs for months until we needed them. Emma was flawless in handling all the details! When we were ready, she contacted Angelo Marble & Granite for fabrication and installation. Angelo did an excellent job matching the vein patterns for 2 waterfalls, a full backsplash behind the stove, and 18" backsplashes everywhere else. I am beyond pleased with this entire transaction and have already recommended 2 friends to Liberty for their remodels.

Don’t bother coming here if you have questions or need any customer service. All we wanted was to get some price quotes and understand the work required for a countertop replacement. Apparently this is too much to ask at Liberty Home Building Supply. Though it seems odd that one should beg a store selling products/services to pay attention to a customer. Maybe they didn’t see us as serious customers since a couple coming into a store is not a contractor, but you just lost our business and I would strongly recommend against even walking into this store for anyone doing any renovation work.
