Trai called and was able to come by early, which was great because I’m leaving town. He was friendly, didn’t act rushed, and really listened. We’ve had issues with another pest control company and it was a breath of fresh air to interact with this company. Trai even shared pictures with me and went over plans moving forward. Oh, and when you call, you get a real person. So important to me! Thanks for being here!

Huge shoutout to Liberty Pest Control for their outstanding service! Today Trei Bisher stopped by for our service, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. First off, the truck pulled into the driveway and I have to say… WOW. The design looks fantastic. It’s clean, professional, and really shows that Liberty Pest Control takes pride in their presentation. But the service itself is what really stood out. Trei didn’t just show up and rush through the job. He took the time to touch base with me first to make sure he had all the correct information about what I needed. Excellent all the way around. Trai got out to my house way faster than I was expecting and figured out exactly what was going on. He was VERY kind and truly seemed to care about my home. We coincidently met Trai in a parking lot after we approached his company truck . We needed a company to help us with some pest control. We ended up having a great explanation and inspection that led to other things that need to be addressed. He is a personable and well educated representative for his company and we are already signed up for our first treatment!

I had a great experience with Liberty Pest Control. They were very communicative and easy to work with. They were the first pest control company I called to get a quote for and they were not annoying at all haha! After calling other companies and literally being harassed about not immediately booking with them when I stated I was just wanting to get quotes- I chose Liberty because they didn’t bug me about booking with them right then and there & no contract for a years worth of services. Stephen was our technician and he was fabulous! Very communicative and informative and kind, and my animals loved him! While I can’t speak for certain on the effectiveness of their treatments just yet, I do recommend them!
