The plumber that was sent was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. We used Liberty on two different occasions, and both services were very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again, and I would also recommend them.

I had something backing up my lateral sewer line between my house to the street, causing a sewer clog backing up to my house. I called Liberty on a Friday evening and they mobilized that evening to attempt to clear my sewer (thank you!). Unfortunately it wasn’t that simple but Liberty and their professional techs identified the location of the clog (a piece of PVC) and came up with a plan to remove and replace it. They were transparent, competent, and timely, and they fixed my sewer. This was a month ago and everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend this company. Their staff who worked at my house were top notch!

Liberty Plumbing worked with me on an emergency plumbing problem recently and they went above and beyond. My husband and I actually needed to leave town so he could get some medical care and they worked with me to take care of the job when we were away. They quickly worked to schedule a time to come to our house when someone could be there (leaving me to focus on my husband), quickly took care of the problem and simply provided the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time from service providers. I rarely make recommendations and would recommend them without hesitation.
