I am a realtor. My seller had Plumbing, Heating and Air issues that needed to be fixed so they could close escrow. Omar from Liberty came out and inspected and assessed all areas needing service. He gave a clear and easy quote of all areas to be serviced with a reasonable quote. He was on time for the service call. I needed to wait about a week for him to complete the job. Jacob came out on a Saturday evening and immediately put me at ease. He was friendly, professional, and explained every step of what he was checking and fixing. My upstairs AC wasn’t working - it turned out to be a combination of a new contactor, a blown fuse, some loose wiring, and a loose door panel that was preventing the safety switch from engaging. Jacob carefully diagnosed everything, tightened the wiring, replaced the fuse, secured the panel, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left.
