I get a call from Wayne to let me know he is on the way this afternoon after being told no time frame to expect him. Before I can apologize to him that I have another company that was available to come out earlier he tells me I should have called to let him know and then hangs up on me. I called him back and shared my discuss and say it was my intent to call him, he just called me before I could and he would have known if he had not hung up. He continued to berate me and I informed him that this would not look good on a google review. He said he would come by and show me how professional he was in a tone I could only take as threatening. Smart responsive man. Would recommend. Great work never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Usually goes above and beyond to help me.
