They did my roof over a year ago and had to open up all of the decking on the edges to put the required hurricane ties for each truss for insurance purposes. Even with it being more involved than a regular re-roof, they still were very through and have absolutely no leaks even through these Florida storms. The fact that they use peel-n-stick underlayment instead of felt and architectural shingles instead of 3-tab for the same cost was a huge plus for us and our insurance costs! The free wind mitigation was the "chef's kiss" for us; they do all the homework to get that report for the homeowner's insurance. Our elderly neighbor also used this company and she has told us she was glad for our recommendation! We love our roof and would 100% recommend them!

When my husband and I were trying to close on buying a home, we were in need of getting a new roof on it so we could get insurance. Even though we were putting a roof on a house we didn’t own yet, Liberty Roofing made the process seamless and painless. They understood our predicament and the timeframe we were under to get the project completed and accommodated our schedule. Their pricing was extremely fair even with us having them add additional overhangs to the gables before installing the shingles. The roof looks great and would highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with my new roof and carport. Everyone at Liberty Roofing was very nice and helpful with any questions I asked about the work being done. I was also pleased with the price for all the material and the time it took to get everything done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We signed a contract in December of 2021 and spoke with the owner. He told us it should get done in about a month. Apparently they had trouble getting material which took over SEVEN MONTHS. It’s understandable but the extremely poor communication was what was so upsetting. It was to the point where we thought we got scammed. They did not keep us in the loop of what was going on, rather, we had to harass them to get answers on why the job wasn’t getting done. We explained to them that the house needed a roof immediately before we signed the contract. The roof finally got done mid July of the next year and since they cost us over $8,000 in rent (that we could have made on the place), we asked if a discount was something they were willing to give us. Nobody wants to put a new roof on their house. That said, Tom and his son Charles could not have made the process any better. Super responsive, great with communication and the end product looks great. Highly recommend Liberty Roofing of Central Florida!!!
