Terry is a straight forward contractor. He speaks frankly, but he won’t lie to you. With a total septic tank collapse Terry and his crew had and entire new tank buried and running in less than 2 weeks. Tank failed on the Friday before thanksgiving and Terry got to work right after the holiday. Started digging on Tuesday and done by Wednesday afternoon. He and his crew work fast and know what they are doing. Would recommend to anyone reading this. Thanks again!

I had a lift pump fail on my mound system. I called Lietzau and within an hour they came out and replaced pump, alarm and box. They explained what they did in detail and had the job done in less than an hour at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Of all the contractors we worked with to build our house I have to say that Terry Lietzau was the worst. We have him out to the property before we even decided to build because we have several trees we’re trying to keep. He told us he would be able to put the septic in without having to remove a large oak tree so we didn’t remove that tree before we started building. When it was time for him to come out and put the septic in, the story was completely different. He was now afraid the tree would fall on his crew when they were trying to put the septic in. Would’ve been so much cheaper and easier for us to remove the tree if he had been honest with us from the start.
