Daniel and his crew were awesome! They did the work for half the price that I could find anywhere else. I called around to multiple competitors and got over quoted and jacked around especially by Chimney concepts in Port Washington. Daniel gave me a quote on the spot, took a deposit and showed up the following week exactly when he promised.. He went above and beyond and made my old wood-burning stoves look like new. After searching around for weeks to find somebody who was reasonably priced, I was relieved to find somebody like Lifetime Chimney, who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for great service.

They were to repair our chimney and each appointment they no showed…. eight times without calling. We finally asked for our down payment back and Daniel said we would receive it by September 10, 2025 at the latest. Here we are in November and our down payment still hasn’t been returned. Our phone calls and texts are no longer answered. DO NOT USE THEM.

They were supposed to come to repair my chimney but I didn't hear anything from them. When I finally got ahold of them (around 9pm the evening before they were set to arrive), they pushed the job out a week. Then they never showed up, even after me calling over and over. Completely ghosted me. Do not go with this business.

I needed extensive work done on my 66-year-old flagstone chimney. From replacing the damper, install new lining to tuck pointing inside and out and new cap. Daniel was the only one to put a camera up the chimney to check for cracks and missing mortar. Two other companies didn't. I am very happy and satisfied with the work that Daniel and Ricardo did! I recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Daniel did a thorough inspection and found an issue none of the other 4 companies we had out noticed. He gave us a prompt estimate and it was still comparable or less than the others even with the extra issue included. We couldn't be happier with the work that was completed AND it was on time. Their work was very professional, communication was great we would highly recommend them.
