He truly went above and beyond to ensure our new floors perfectly matched our existing ones, while also prioritizing the durability required for a busy household with kids and pets. Any time we had a concern, Brad was incredibly responsive and flexible, making the whole process stress-free. ​The installation was equally impressive. John Zwingler and his team are clearly experts at their craft. They were professional, efficient, and their experience showed in the finish. Lifetime Flooring has a fantastic show room with many different carpeting options. Brad Reid was very helpful and professional as he came to our home to measure.
