The customer service provided by Barry and Tyler at Lifetime was superior! I've been waiting my whole adult life as a female homeowner with a very challenging roof to find a roofer that didn't take advantage of me. They responded quickly, addressed my concerns, took care of oversights in a timely fashion and I'm looking forward to enjoying my new roof for years to come. I highly recommend this company. I had my roof recently replaced by Lifetime Roofing. From beginning to end, working with them was great! I was going through a difficult time during all of it and they were very understanding. The entire process was completed with ease. And for that I am truly grateful! Thank you to Matt especially! He was awesome.

I hired Lifetime Roofing Nov 2024 to replace the roof, fascia, & flashing. During the estimate, Michael promised that the exhaust fan ductwork that didn’t reach up to the roof vent properly would be fixed & would also patch the bathroom ceiling where the leaking roof had destroyed it. The roof was done end of Jan 2025, they came back early Feb for the fascia (& a gutter/downspout issue was discovered), they came back end of Mar to work on fascia, came back at beginning of Apr to do the gutter, & came back end of Apr to finish fixing the flashing they had forgotten to do. During the course of the project, I had told them I wanted the second roof vent port removed (it used to be connected to a vent over the stove, but that vent isn’t there anymore). Since working with Mike I have nothing but positive things about him but his wealth of knowledge and understanding of the Roofing industry, which you can quickly understand within minutes of talking with Mike he knows he has been in the industry for a while now. He made the entire process so easy!!! Which could of Easley been painful and stressful Mike made it very simple and was amazing with constant communication through the stages of project. They did our church roof 130 yr roof on a 180 year building! Matt was great to work with ,from presenting the project to the congregation to follow up on clean up, he was always available to get a hold of, and handled everything we wanted quickly and professionally!! We would use again if we ever need to!
