Lifeway Mobility / BathPerfect Remodeling

Lifeway Mobility’s service was fantastic today. I called this morning for a repair request on a stairway lift unit. They sent a service tech (Jeff) two hours later who was super friendly, respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. He fixed it after doing extensive troubleshooting, and they submitted the bill to Home Builders Association, who installed the unit a couple years ago. I couldn’t be more happy with these guys.

We recently had Bath Perfect by Accessible Systems renovate our master bathroom. They did a phenomenal job and we could not be more pleased with the end result! The whole team we dealt with at Bath Perfect...James, Katherine, Adam and Gary...worked together flawlessly to deliver a beautifully renovated and updated master bathroom at a a fair and reasonable price. Adam, in particular, worked tirelessly for two plus weeks on this project. He kept an extraordinarily clean worksite. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and productive. He offered numerous suggestions along the way that made this project a huge success. Our shower renovation was done in Dec '23. We held off on leaving a bad review. The Bath Perfect installer and his partner mostly worked half-days, and the project took 2 weeks to complete. They had to come back *twice* to fix about 10 tiles with edges that were missing grout altogether. The installer said "my partner is learning how to do grout still". That's fine, but you need to check his work after. The caulking was sloppy, too. We let it all this go until recently, 2 floor tiles came up and black mold on our drywall & trim on the back of the shower wall. We call a plumber who cuts into the wall and discovers the diverter valve that the installer installed, has been leaking since Day 1 of its install. Plumber says had the installer tested it, he'd have seen the dripping right away. N

I just wrapped up a bathroom remodel and am really happy with the outcome and entire process. James visited the house a few times to discuss the project before we sat down with Chris to document an exhaustive work order to make sure everyone was aligned on what we were doing. It made me feel confident in their knowledge and what I would be getting. The MVP of the project was Danny who did the lions share of the demo and install. He kept the highest standards of work and was a great communicator with me throughout. He was extremely respectful of doing an extended project in my home while it was still occupied. I was really impressed how we was able to minimize the footprint of the construction zone and keep everything surrounding it so clean. Really couldn't be happier. And Stacy was great

Adam was here to do the work and did he work he remodeled our bathroom from tear out to final touches what a beautiful job what a great person easy to work with so very very very very very happy I give him 10 Stars
