We have used this company for issues and we think they hire the best. They are extremely professional and helpful. I was trying to leave a message and the mail box was full. However, Rashawn Woods had seen my calls and called back promptly and resolved the issue with the gas range not lighting up. This was the second time we used this company and the gentleman (Dan) who came then also was very professional and resolved the issue. I am so glad we have a quality company with great people who we can depend on.

I called at least 10 companies … the ONLY company to come… I miss placed it in hour and 15 minutes from me and they still came!!!Rashawn was excellent and Michele for responding so Quickly!

This company came highly recommended and let me say that I was not disappointed. I needed outdoor lighting installed as well as had some other electrical issues and I was thoroughly pleased. The repairman was on time, friendly and at a fair price. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! Thanks for the great service and great quality of work!

I had an appointment scheduled a month ahead of time, for an electrician to come out and give me a quote. I had request off of work for this since they don’t work past 5. They never showed up. They didn’t call, email or anything. I talked to the receptionist (who sounds like she hates life) and all she could tell me was that I was on the schedule. I gave up. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.EDIT- The appt was made a month prior to the actual date. The receptionist said that I could pay cash at the time of service and I did not receive an email for payment (even in my junk/spam folder). I was NOT told that payment was required in advance. All information that I received was from your receptionist.

These guys were great, Rashawn was very knowledgeable and his experience and professionalism really showed. Their workmanship was spot on and they work fast and clean. They made me feel as though they couldn't do enough for me, I had so many obstacles to overcome getting this shop up and running; ( heater guys destroying light fixtures, water damage ) they repaired the fixture for me no questions asked! I couldn't ask for better customer service to say the least, all I can say is I will have light it up do all my future projects! Highly recommended!
