I try to keep business local and asked Lighthouse Electric to provide a quote for an EV charger installation. It took a week for the estimator to show up. I was told a quote would be made within a week. After ten days, I called and was told the quote is being worked on. Now, it's been three weeks - and still no quote. This company can't get a simple quote together within a resaonable time. I imagine the actual installation would be just as bad. Or worse. Other reviewers have given poor marks; Lighthouse Electric deserves it.

The techs did their job well & showed up on time. The office staff sent an estimate for work that included replacing two outlets, when techs arrived, they only needed to change out one because the other one just needed to be tripped. When I received the bill they still charged me for 2 replacements. When asked to review it, the office staff’s answer was that she had made a mistake with her wording on the original estimate and the fees being charged were actually just for the one I got repaired. Even if that were true, she should have adjusted the bill since it was her error. This was the first time that I used this company, but this answer does not sit well with me because she would not recognize her own error and hold herself accountable. As a customer, I still had to pay the full amount

those guys. wired my new house, not only it tooks months for them to come finish the job. but they butchered it... just as an exemple. got two separate meters for two different use. and they just mixed it everything... the wiring to breakers is terrible. (like up smoke detectors. do some smoke detectors and a bathroom... list goes on and on) as fas as correcting their terrible job...noone willing.... avoid!

They were extremely professional & helpful. Plus they answered their phone and followed through! They completed several electrical repairs at our home plus installation of fans and chandeliers. We were extremely satisfied and they will now be our primary Electrician. Thank you for exceptional service.

I had trouble getting a competitor to call me back to install a pair of ceiling fans. After waiting two weeks, calling again, and then waiting another week without a callback, I gave up on the competitor and called Lighthouse Electric. Two days later my fans were in. They gave me a four hour block when the electrician might come and he was here early into it. I could not be more pleased with the service.
