Lighthouse Painting and Services were previously employed to help rehab our 3 bdrm, 3 bath, Oakbrook condo in November of 2021. I was VERY satisfied with the workmanship at that time. Work was suspended due to owner injury and multiple surgeries. They resumed work in May of 2023. Lighthouse Painting and Services was re-selected due to their capable and ingenious home improvement skills. Kevin and his team can patch and repair drywall, stucco ceilings, tile floors, and make bathroom repairs. They are artists when painting and texturing walls and ceilings. They completed a garage and lower-level bathroom makeover for us. Level Up Bath was hired initially to install the bath/shower/surround. It was a disaster. Another story. Kevin has essentially painted the entire interior of our home. He is honest, fair, and does a great job. There were a few areas that needed a touch up and he came the same week! He is a great communicator, and we would recommend his time and time again.

I used Lighthouse Painting & Services for a large, custom pergola installation and glad I did. Even though my project was not necessarily one of their core services, their planning, knowledge, and craftsmanship was top notch. They communicated thoroughly throughout the project and willingly accommodated a couple mid-project change requests on our end. In an era where finding competent contractors is extremely difficult across all the trades, Lighthouse Painting & Services was truly an exception. Our initial concern was extensive drywall cracking and finding a company that had the experience to make the repairs. It became clear quickly, they would exceed all expectations with the quality of the drywall repairs. They painted the entire Condo including all ceilings. They were able to safely stage and paint the high staircase ceilings and high walls. Kevin and Lonnie also adjusted doors that didn't close properly, install a new A/C Thermostat and new threshold. The prep work, prior to painting, was very thorough and they never rushed their work. Their painting trim work was razor sharp throughout the Condo. Just as important as their skills
