They don't respond! Had reached out to them to get pricing on doing upgrades on several light poles, took a while to get a response from them after submitting the customer application, but they eventually got back to me. Shane then came out and did a site walk to scope out the work, he said they would have an estimate to me within a couple weeks. 2 months later and still no response even after following up. Disappointing.
