Wow. I was refreshing to work with Dustin William’s company. I received a phone call him in an extremely timely manner, within the hour! Some of the electricians I left messages for never called back. I had an estimate the next day. They took care of contacting Overland Park and EVERGY to get the permits to begin as soon as possible. Zack and Ty were amazing completing the job in a day. They were professional and explained everything. I highly recommend Lightning Electric. They were delightful to work with.

I give that rating because of transparency of the bill I asked for an estimate several times itemized estimate was told I couldn’t get one a couple times. The first time I saw the price was the bill the work on the other hand Was great Robert did a great job. I would give him five stars.

I hired this company last week after a storm surge in Olathe left several of my appliances not working. Robert, the technician, did a great job explaining what was wrong and installing a surge protector. He was professional and knowledgeable. However, what should have been about 1.5 hours of work turned into a 3‑hour job (they charge $100 per hour) because of “research time” and a phone call to look for the right surge protector. Are you really expecting me to believe that you do electrical work for a living and it took you that long to research for the right surge protector for my home? A simple surge protector install and confirmation that there were no issues with my power ended up costing me $458 ($700 total since I had source the surge protector myself).
