We’ve replaced 3 roofs in the past 10 years. Wish we had found Lightning Exteriors for the first 2! From start to finish our sales rep, Vito Agosta, was our advocate with insurance and our expert advisor on the project. He even helped us get a discount on home owners insurance by recommending a class 4 shingle. The work crew were great too. They literally stripped and resurfaced the entire house in about 36 hours. Yard was left clean and not a nail on the ground. Will be calling Lightning for all our exterior needs going forward. Top shelf organization.

Sean Christian with Lightning Exteriors was super responsive and professional in quickly responding to my request for repair of a leaky roof. Rains were forecast for the following weekend, and because of the Thanksgiving holiday, I suspected no one would be able to make the repairs until at least the following week. Sean came out the day before Thanksgiving to make the inspection visit and somehow arranged assembled a crew to do the repair the day after Thanksgiving!
