Lightning Lock & Key provided excellent service from start to finish. Dean was great to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. I called multiple times to discuss the project, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explain exactly what I needed to purchase before the appointment. I was scheduled for the very next day, and Dean arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and walked me through what needed to be done. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the job was completed smoothly and professionally. Extremely unprofessional experience with Lighting Lock and Key. The owner was rude over the phone and unreliable from the start. He said he would come out but completely blew us off. A week later he randomly showed up without notice, got access to the house, and then became hostile when I told him we’d stop by to verify the lock worked. He even got confrontational with my employee, said he didn’t “feel right” about the job, and just left without finishing. Completely untrustworthy — I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Dean is my go to for lock and lock related issues. He is prompt, responsive and and all around wonderful locksmith and has been for many years of service!

Called at 4pm on a Saturday and Dennis arrived by 5:30. He completed a re-key of a lock and installed a strike plate quickly. Rate was fair for fast weekend service. Very nice guy, clear communicator, would highly recommend.

Awesome local business! After an accidental vehicle ignition key loss, my husband called and gave them out information for the car, Dean quickly found the key we needed, they arrived an hour later, so quickly! They were knowledgeable, informative, and helpful and knew exactly what to do! It was a difficult key to make with the built in key fob and they quickly made and programmed it and a spare for an affordable price. They even jumped my car for me! So kind and nice and professional (wore masks the whole time!) Highly highly recommend! Hoping this never happens again (haha) but if it does I know who I’m calling.
