Lightspeed Restoration of Greenville

We had an amazing experience with Lightspeed Restoration (and are continuing to). They came promptly to fix a wall we found water and moisture in and have completely put the wall back together as well!! They’re so kind and are even sending someone back out to move our outlet as it was accidentally put back in the wrong place by the drywaller and to fix a few paint issues (but these are sub issues, not them!) I hope I never have to work with them again due to it being a disastrous situation but absolutely would if it happened again!! The only feedback I would give is the roofer they recommended, Bumble Roofing of the Midlands, we had a horrible experience with and they ended up demanding a bunch more money from us than we originally agreed upon.

The tech showed up to take samples of our mold and scanned the house. While doing so, they broke a pipe in our house and we had to shut off the water main until it could be fixed… leaving us with no water or toilets to use. While leaving, they apologized, but made no effort to take care of the issue. The tech said they would rush the results and get us a quote to take care of the mold… it’s now 48 hours later and we haven’t heard anything from them. Cannot recommend Lightspeed at all. Very Disappointed.

Light speed cleaned our air ducts and they did such a great job. Our house feels so much cleaner and we have noticed a big difference in the dust build up. All the guys we very nice and respectful!!

Nicole was very detailed in investigating areas of my house and an HVAC equipment to determine visually if the black substances in a few vents might be dirt as opposed to black mold. I had a sense of relief when she explained that she found no conditions that would promote a moldy environment. Tests came back showing very little mold and, best of all, no black mold. I am a very happy and satisfied customer thanks to Nicole.

This company is filled with great people. They are professional and understand what it takes to do a quality job. You are in good hands when you call Lightspeed. The owner of the company is a standup guy as well! Can’t say enough great things.
