I had Steve of Lil Brother Construction help me with my “honey-do” list yesterday and it was a pleasant experience ! He put lights in my Art studio, fixed my sink, and replaced a kitchen light fixture.All this within less than an hours time!! But the best part of it no one screamed at me or asked me to get this or that bulb. Honestly I really don’t know who ever came up with the term Honey-do !!!!

We had a great experience with Lil' Brother. Pricing was reasonable and because they finished in fewer hours then projected and materials were less than originally priced, they charged us less than the agreed upon price.

Wow! We had them out to redo an old elevated deck. They got the work done in less than the 2 weeks they predicted, they made sure it was as safely functional as possible as they went so we could still use it for back yard access most days, it is much sturdier than the old deck and our neighbors have asked for their info because they couldn’t believe how fast they did it! Everyone was very polite and respectful, from the owner, Jean, to all the workers we met. I would absolutely use them again for projects and recommend them to anyone.

My original, honest review from five years ago must have gotten removed somehow, over the years, so here it is again along with a photo of the original estimate from them from October 2019. Long story short, they gave me an incredibly high “estimate” that I originally thought was a typo lol. This was for labor only. I already had the materials (they knew that). If you don’t want to do the work, just say so? Conduct your business with integrity; don’t be disingenuous by providing a quote for over $23,000 just to install a 6 foot privacy fence for just my normal sized backyard..🙄

Lil' Brother Construction removed my bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet, and a bulkhead. Then drywalled, installed a new vanity, medicine cabinet, and light fixture. Scheduling the job was very easy and very timely. The vanity was delivered by Lowes and our installer noticed defects and chips in the sink and countertop. I had to order s new vanity. And Lil' Brother Construction, very professionally worked on rescheduling the installation based on the new vanity arrival. They did an awesome job completing the job. I will be using this company for future handyman services! Tim M.
