Rating 5 stars for a job well done. My 80 year old father's water heat tank leaked and flooded the basement, leading to water damage then mold. Glad I found Lillys to step in. The contractors did a great job with the mitigation and rebuild. Throughout the whole process they were super responsive to my texts and emails. I was very surprised and pleased how fast they would get back to me, no matter what time of the day. Especially as we never had to go through a scenario like this before. My father and I were never left hanging, wondering what was going on as we were kept informed every step of the way. They did everything they said and promised they would. After experiencing a disastrous emergency and several attempts to alocate a restoration Company to help us, Lily's Restoration was the only one who didn't hesitate to help. They were quick concise and prompt to start dealing with my emegancy. This crew thus far has shown dedication & attentive to details! Very professional and thorough with their work. I have no complaints and is very satisfied with their work so far. I recommend them to any who needs a restoration disaster clean up.

I used Lilly's Restoration to fix a basement flood issue after a previous contractor barely did any work before ceasing all contact. The Staff were kind, courteous, and efficient in completing the job. Highly recommend this company for any and all home restoration needs.

Lilly's came within 2 hours of calling them on a Sunday when the basement in our new home had flooded. They helped us discover the source of flooding and helped get all the water out of the basement, as well as set up a short term fix to stop the issue from continuing. They are very adaptable and knowledgeable, and have great communication with us. Highly recommend them!
