LilyPad Septic & Portable Restroom Services

LilyPad Septic came immediately after our call. They were personable, professional and very diligent. We had a house full of guests over a weekend and LilyPad saved the day. We HIGHLY recommend them for septic tank services.

I called LilyPad Septic in the morning and within three hours they were on site. Conner, the service tech, showed up at the scheduled appointment time and went right to work. Jason and Jacob did a great job of helping us out when we were in a bind. They were able to come out quickly and, after pumping out the tank, did a thorough inspection to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I've been a customer of the company for a few years and am always impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism their team provides.

Jake was great! He called me with all of the updates and recommendations and walked me through his process. He advised what is needed and what those processes involved to accomplish as well as what the estimates entailed. He is very thorough and answered all of my questions! Would love to have him back out! He was great! Wonderful service all the way around - from calling in, getting set up with a membership, scheduled and answering any and all questions that came up!
