After waiting 3 years to make a decision on my renovations, there wasn’t anyone I felt I could trust, financials were a big issue , and of course functionality of the space I had to have. After one meeting and looking at his website it was a match! From day one plans, budget and end results were amazing! Not one issue! All my neighbors are in awe of his workmanship, his workers and professionalism, during this major renovation! Every change I asked for I got! Stayed on target with my budget! Delivered high quality craftsmanship! I live in a 55 and older community… my biggest fear was getting ripped off….DID NOT HAPPEN! Lima Contracting is Awsome! Check out the photos!!!! Lima Contracting is EXCELLENT! They have done many projects on my home over the past 5 years…Bathroom renovation, opening up a closed staircase, making it beautiful and relocating some kitchen cabinets, new flooring throughout, stone retaining wall, paver patio, deck repairs. They are experienced , knowledgeable, and excellent contractors . I highly recommend for all your home improvement needs!
