They could not have made this parking garage more complicated first you have to make sure you remember your license plate number II depending on where you're going if they validate parking you have to make sure you get that ticket 3rd once you get that ticket you have to wait in line when you're at the parking garage because you're so many people who are trying to get out all the time at the kiosk machine and put all your data and then exit 4th they have the new system in South Florida has which tells you if there's parking spaces available or not with the green light above unfortunately the green light above does not work so every parking spot shows available when it's really not

PSA! The Reagal movie theater does not validate Parking ticket. Parking is so expensive here. I parked for 3hrs and 14mins, and the rate was $16 plus, .98¢ for a service fee, so the total amount was $16.98, just to see a movie. I'm new to the area, so I wanted to park somewhere close, but next time I will go early to scout other parking area, or just go to a different theater all together.

Terrible experience with this parking garage next to Regal South Beach where we were going. The elevator here seems NEVER to be working. So, our friend with mobility challenges had to be driven back out of the parking and be dropped off on the street side downstairs. I’m sure this is not Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant and the City of Miami Beach as well as Lincoln Road Business Improvement District should really be looking at this as just one part of the reason Lincoln Road continues to loss patrons especially on that west side. Then to add insult to injury the parking is SUPER expensive. We could have parked at a meter in front of the theater for the same cost. Or much less. This is a rip off it's just one more reason Lincoln Road has become the ghost town it is today.

Ended up finding a open spot on the 5th floor. Got to the elevator and guess what. Its out of order. Waiting and waiting pushing the call button and finally a guy wearing a hertz uniform came up and told us its not working. Left within 15 min after getting the parking stub so didn't have to pay but they need to post something by the ticket dispenser saying that the elevator isn't working.

Bs $30 flat rate charge for parking after 9, even if you only park for an hour. Nobody is going to check the price while they're busy trying to avoid traffic on Alton.
