Lincoln Harbor - 1000 Parking (Propark)

This is the worst parking company I have ever used. Every month, they claim they cannot charge your card for monthly members, and you cannot exit the garage. This morning, I was attempting to leave promptly due to an emergency and the gate would not open. There were cars behind me, and none of us could exit. I was ready to call the police when someone finally responded. Not only is this frustrating, it’s a safety concern not being able to leave. No one can give you a straight answer as to why this occurs. I’ve updated my payment multiple times on the website, and time and time again the website says I’m not a member and they don’t recognize my account. I’m at my wits end, it’s frustrating and causing emotional and financial stress, as every month I struggle to make a payment, and then I’m

had a terrible experience exiting this parking garage. Upon checkout, I had to call for assistance via the intercom as i booked via spothero .The staff claimed I was in the wrong lane, stating that it didn’t accept prepaid parking. This was confusing since I’ve parked here multiple times before without any issues. After reversing and trying another exit on a different level, I encountered the same issue. Once again, the intercom assistance insisted I was in the wrong lane but couldn’t tell me which lane or level I should use. Frustrated, I had to walk to the parking management office to resolve the problem. There, they explained that the intercom system was down, but this was never communicated by the assistance staff, who kept giving incorrect instructions. The whole ordeal wasted 45 m

why reviews are so negative? It's actually a nice little alternative for those who dont want to park on Manhattan for 800 bucks a month. The monthly parking set up was pretty quick n smooth like in 10 mins in the office just right next to it. After that the system recognize the car automatically when entering or exiting. And there is a Wholefoods!

Don't use SpotHero here if you plan to leave at night. There's no attendant to let you out. Been stuck here twice thinking the first time was a fluke. Even tried talking to the person at the pay machine. All they say is press the button at the gate. What's the point when no one answers at the gate? Ended up paying and having SpotHero reimburse me.

Booked online for 6hrs parking. Came in on a Saturday morning, and most of the spots on the lower levels were empty. However, their online reservation confirmation process was the worst I've seen. Regardless of your booking, you have to get a separate ticket, and call them when you get out to tell them your transaction ID (which is 20+ digits). It took me more than 15mins to get out of the parking lot, and definitely don't recommend making the reservation online in advance.
