Our almost 100-year-old house has never had insulation in the rafters, as the considerable attic space was never finished. In deciding to finish this additional floor in our house, Josh helped us figure out a plan to bring our insulation up to current efficiency standards. His team vacuumed out the old blown insulation in between the floor joists, spray-foamed the entire roof deck with R-38, and then added batt insulation back to the floor joists. The team was very efficient and did a great job tidying up the work area at the end of the project. We had to reschedule at one point due to delays in other parts of our project — Josh was very flexible in working with us.
