I love working with these guys. With the skill sets each guy handles, we are able to tackle large or small projects. The owner Kevin has owned this business for 30 plus years and has a keen insight on how to handle any hvac projects we take on.

Needed a new water heater installed. I had already purchased a new one but most places I called would not install unless they also provided the water heater. K&M came out and installed the one I had already bought and did it very quickly and the price was inexpensive and affordable. Did a great job!

Misdiagnosed problem as faulty furnace as a bad thermostat. After long hours over a number of sub-zero days, watching plenty of youtube videos and trying different things (like replacing a part and cleaning a part deep in the furnace), it turned out to be a clogged condensation trap (one youtube video even said this is a common place to first look because no one cleans their condensations trap - I never did, who knew). Anyways, after 4 days of trial and error in a cold house, have gone 2 days of comfortable heat, and the replacement thermostat has not even come in the mail yet.

The contractor was here on time, performed the inspection. He was courteous, very good.
