Scammed my $80 over night parking. it takes your ticket so you can not dispute the incorrect charge. Good luck getting fighting my credit card company for the money. Reporting to Hyatt.

Terrible garage. $60 dollars the first time I put the ticket in, $80 dollars the second time I put the ticket in 30 seconds later. Spoke to the lady at the exit who agreed $50 dollars but couldn’t speak English so didn’t really understand what’s going on. Asked for reg etc so hopefully no horrendous fines.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Complete tourist trap! I was charged $80 for parking in garage 15 hours, despite signs stating $40 maximum daily charge. Use garage across street instead.

DON'T PARK HERE! The worst parking experience I ever had! I was warned but since the recommended parking space on the opposite side war closed for an event, I parked here. Thought it couldn`t be THAT bad. Huge mistake. Prices are not transparent. We paid 100 $ (!!!) for a night and I have no idea, how this price was build. It`s not okay. Shame on the people who run this place!

lol worst parking spot everrrrrrrr I work here in Miami Beach down the road and obviously for spring break prices go up but we got an employee pass so we’d pay standard prices which is maybe 40 dollars or less and they refused to accept it!! like we have a literal employee pass for this but still paid 80 dollars literally still crying about it because it’s a whole day worth of pay. lady on the intercom was rude as hell, literally just told us to suck it up and pay for it.
