This small business is absolutely a fabulous find for us. We were referred by my dad, who had them come out and do great work for him as well. Stephanie was quick responsive via text/phone call. Her husband Jeremiah was quick to come out and fix the copper fitting for us to stop the unnecessary water waste. His workers were wonderful hard working young guys, who were very respectful, timely, organized, and they hustled to get the job done efficiently, effectively, and impeccable work. They young men that came out taught us new home owners how to set, start, and smart ways of effectively using our sprinkler system. My 1st experience with underground sprinklers after just moving. The crew that came out was very knowledgeable and super friendly. They gave me updates throughout the process of what they were doing to fix the issues. They also walked me thru step by step on how watering should be set up and programming. Also way better pricing compared to others. 10/10 recommend!!!

I reached out last minute to have my sprinklers winterized this year after I couldn’t figure it out myself, and they got me in the next morning. Another place I called (also super friendly) said they were booked out a month, so I was really impressed with them getting me in at 8am next day. They were on time and friendly. No nonsense. I’ve used them for repair as well earlier this year, and was overall happy with the service.

From the time we had them come give an estimate to installation was 2 weeks and we were thrilled with the outcome. Lincoln Underground team were very professional and did a top notch job. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs lawn care or a sprinkler system.

Wow. I just had a great experience with this company. Everyone I dwelt with (office assistant, tech guys) was extremely helpful, and friendly. I called yesterday, they got me in today, and the guys just left. They patiently explained my system to me to the point where I understand it better than I ever have, identified the problem, and fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised with the bill, they are very reasonably priced. After I got the bill, I told them I was a single mom on a limited income, and how much I appreciated this. I did not have this pleasant of experience when I called the "big" company in town a while back, in fact, I was shocked when I got their bill. It took me over a year to pay it. That's why I wanted to try something different this time, and I am very glad I did.
