Lindahl Concrete

Carl came by and looked at our backyard and he told us he is going to provide his bid in a couple of days. After multiple attempt and chasing him and his office manager for over 2.5 weeks, he finally left me a message stating he is too busy and my job is not big enough for him to do. I would have appreciate it if he could tell me on the same day we met at my home that he cannot or would not be interested in doing the job. I would have looked for someone else and not wasting my time chasing him. His office manager told me the bid is coming a few times over the 2 weeks period!! She explained he is busy however she never said he is not interested in our project. I gave 1 star rating due to lack of communication and poor customer service.
